Have you tried douching? I used to have a similar problem with the armpits, but I have noticed a reduction after using a product called CertainDri. It is not a cure but does reduce the smell...actually it reduces perspiration. I've noticed it works best when I use it in the evening after showering and then use a regular deodorant during the day, but it is individualistic.
