I have been using the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract as a mouth rinse, too. The directions say to put 2 to 5 drops in 4 ounces of water and drink it. You do this 2-3 times per day. It does not burn my mouth at all! I have had no problems doing this. I have to warn you though, it is very bitter tasting.
