Thanks so much for your post. Your friend sounds like me. You can smell me a mile away and I have the utmost care in personal hygeine. Life can be miserable with this sometimes. I have already started omitting meat from my diet because I just recently heard on another website that meat was a problem for someone else as well, and I have already noticed a slight difference. I know it will take time. Let me ask you...what Brand of yogurt are you/your friend eating? I am definately interested in the yogurt as well. Also, are you drinking any milk with your cereal? If so, what kind of milk are you using? Thanks so much in advance for putting up with all my questions!
