Thank you for posting the information. I have a question for you.
Can your friend eat breads and carbohydrates? If so, did she wait until after the 1-3month period of not eating meat before she started consuming carbs and bread? Just asking because I am not sure if I should eat carbs and bread or not. Thanks so much for your information.
