I know what you mean about the huge salad. After my first juice fast, my first solid food was a salad...In my large Tupperware bowl! I ate the whole thing and thought I'd die a few hours later... Now I just want to concentrate on keeping my portions small - don't want to stretch that tummy out again!
I was trying to do the P&B shakes, but decided to stop until after this MC. IT was too hard to time all of it.
I did my first
SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning. Got home late and forgot to take my Smooth Move tea. I bought the coarse salt, so I had to let it dissolve first. I got the
quart down, and only about half of it came out. Oh well. Guess I'll use more salt tomorrow. I still feel full. No lemonade yet today. I don't know why, but I keep forgetting to drink it in the morning.
The last few days I've had from 2-5 drinks. Just not thinking about food anymore. I just want water and a little lemonade. If this keeps up, who knows what I'll decide to do. But I do feel better since I "gave myself permission" to stop before the full 30 days. Now I'm not stressing over it. I'll let my body lead me and follow its guide. But only if its leading in a healthy direction. First time it bolts to cheese, chocolate or ice cream, and I'm taking back over the reins!
