Wonderful results Rhonda...20 pounds WOW! I am starting day 17 and still have lost nothing else since day 10. This is very discouraging. Loss is at 18 pounds. I'm going to add B&P today so I hope that will help eliminate even more gunk.

I remember there are some nights, in bed, where my lower back kinda aches a little bit. But I haven't felt that for awhile.

Do you have to stop the Master-Cleanse to do the liver flush? I was thinking about finishing mine with a Liver Flush also. All around the week before thanksgiving. We are going to FLorida to be with family and all that will be there is FOOD FOOD FOOD. AGH - what a test that will be.
