Long and winding road

Absolutely. I had a test done and I score of 10, 20 being by this labs standards pyroluria. Depending on the resource 10 is borderline waxing and weening. Keeping in mind the book that I cited below in my post the author states that under stress you excrete more zinc in your urine (along with other things) So a normal person can lose zinc/b6 just as easily through stress. View it like Andreas views things, genetic disorder are just better chance you might get something does'nt mean you will. In addition from my test results I would have the belief that I was just suspectable to losing zinc in my urine, throw in a few years of this and I have a bad zinc deficiency then a copper toxicity then a congested liver from the copper and copper is nasty for your adrenals. I recommend getting a zinc taste test bottle and testing yourself I fail miserably and I have been taking 100 mg of zinc for at least 3 months. Pyroluria is a adrenal fatigue cause, but not always THE cause. My moms side of the family shows signs of pyroluria. Its useful info just don't fall into the trap of its genetic I can't do anything about it. Truely from reviewing my diet I think I have a copper toxicity as I have stated before you have to have one if you have AF, copper drives down zinc which makes pyroluria worse because having proper levels of nutrients will send pyroluria into hiding. What exactly are all your symptoms?
