It comes from Quebec, Canada so will take many days. I'm waiting for my order now, after using up the small amount I was given. Hopefully, they will eventually set up a U.S. distributor to speed up the process and reduce shipping costs, but while this is known in Canada, Europe and Latin America there has been no information about it in the states, apparently even when it was big news in France in the early 1900's. Makes you wonder who is threatened by a natural remedy of this type. If you get some, get the hypertonic, which is NOT diluted, and then just add spring water to it if you have blood pressure or kidney problems. Otherwise, you're paying for 2/3 water in the diluted form, which exactly matches blood plasma (and amniotic fluid, I believe.) If they ever do human field trials for blood replacement in transfusion (which I am praying for) they would use the diluted form.
