I don't think its too late! Many American women are having children much later than before. Some after a long career. Some things which I have read indicate an older parent is more patient and other benefits as well including having more wisdom. We all know the older one gets, or the younger as some people say ;-) the more life means to you. This could be the reason older parents succeed.
