I could have written your message. Nothing helps me. Protopic makes my skin dryer than paper. I have this on the bottoms of my feet also and when they crack open it is very painful. Feels like I took a vegetable peeler to my fingers and peeled a few layers of skin off then put my hand on an open burner! I won't even go into how ugly my hands are.
