I have been in that position before. I think with me it was only 11 days or so, but it was bad. I think step number one is to get that impaction removed or it's just going to be harder to get out. It's like concrete, and probably very wide. This sounds terribly gross, but what worked for me was using my fingers to gently and slowly try to break up the impaction into smaller manageable bits. I'm not kidding about the concrete either - it gets that hard, which means that one enema or even two may not do the trick, it would be like sloshing water on a brick wall.
Also, I have used Dr. Schulze with great success. To me, his intestinal formulae are bar none the best around and improved my health more than I thought possible in a short time. Best of luck to you with all this!
