I'm not sure I would send her loads of information that she probably will never read. (speaking from experience!) Instead send her the Dr. Schulze 5 day bowel/colon detox kit and his small book about colon cleansing.

You are a wonderful friend and I hope she does something before her doctor appointment. Even using intestinal formula #1 will give her some immediate relief. Usually when there is an obstruction they will start to vomit bile. So watch for any vomiting.

She is fortunate to have friends like you to put te bug in her ear about enemas and colon cleansing.
