Re: arthritis and bad habits like smoking
I absolutely believe
Arthritis can be cured to a certain point. It seems that any disease that is on going for many years can be made better but total cure is then less likely because of damage. But, I always have faith that God can cure anything anytime...
I have joint inflamation for a while now and have all but cured it through diet and herbs. I did not know I had
Arthritis till I stopped smoking about 12 years ago. Then my feet and hands really hurt which was the opening of the capilaries that had been closed down due to smoking. You speak of circulation to your leg which could be helped by stopping smoking in order to allow caps to open. I talked about our chemical free home in a previous post just a few days ago. This has helped too. Herbal calcium is wonderful! And superfood is something to never be without on a daily basis. Diet is of great importance...be sure that the foods you choose to put into your body will nourish yourself. Processed sugar, packaged foods, foods with chemical
preservatives and so on will only harm you and cause more joint inflamation. Distilled water is the best water in my opinion. It is free from non organic minerals that can build up in joints and organs. My
Arthritis is not completely gone but I do believe is will be a thing of the past very soon. It is good that you exercise...I do cardio and weights which are very helpful.
Hoping to help...
