arthritis and bad habits like smoking

HI all of you out there!

I tried to find Arthritis info on Dr. Schulze and it said it had been converted to archive and there was no archive.

I have osteo in my right hip and have venus insuffiency in my right leg otherwise i am fairly healthy, work out and eat half way decent. (I do smoke some cigarettes) which I am always quiting but never sustain it. I can't say I am all that happy with my life and want to make some changes. I am tired of this downward spiral and want to start to soar again!

can osteo Arthritis be sured as Dr. Schulze says and can poor circulation in my leg do to bad valves be healed despite what seems to be chronic?

Any direction would be appreciated!
