As the cancer starts breaking down it will be eliminated through the bowels. You really can't miss that symptom. Other than that you may have flu like symptoms. I am not an expert on this treatment and could not find any worthwhile information before I started using it in treating my sister. You are right, it is very scary...but then the alternative of my sister dying was worse. It is too bad that there is not good advice available from the trained medics. We are on our own to try to heal ourselves and our family. There is a nurse in MD that advises and helps, however I was not successful in being able to catch her between patients. We need to get her cloned. You have to flood the body with vitamins and minerals and water throughout the treatment. If we keep chatting about this we may be able to attract a Dr. that has been using the treatment for the past 50 years. Wouldn't that be nice. My sister seems to be doing OK now, having gotten rid of pains in her bones, with the exception of the broken femur which will take some time to heal. I would not be surprised if the cesium might be effective and less of a burden on organs if it was taken X number of days and then rest for X number of days, etc. As you probably already know, cesium rapidly changes the body from an acid condition, which allows cancer to flourish, to an alkaline state which will not support the cancer cells, and they quickly die off.
There are other minerals which more slowly change the pH condition. My sisters pH is now solidly alkaline.
