Re: hypoglycemia and liver cleanse

Hi Tim,
If you couldn't get thru the Bowel Cleanse then I don't see how you would get thru the liver cleanse. They are almost identical in format. (In fact I do the liver cleanse on top of the Bowel Cleanse and do both together to ensure that the junk is going out of my body. This is not required but my personal preference.)

How about starting a new post focused on your tummy pain and experience with the bowel cleanse? That way the real experienced folks might be able to help you sort thru to a core issue.

It is critical that our bowels are cleaned out a bit and moving well to facilitate the removal of parasites and junk from the liver cleanse. The toxins are processed thru the bowel and if the bowel can't handle it, the toxins are recycled back into our blood stream.

This is a wonderful, supportive place with people with allot of cleansing experience to help us.

Cheers,
Suzanne
