First ... have you already done a deep bowel cleanse? You need to do that before the liver/gallbladder cleanse. (see Dr. Schulze instructions above...he details why we need to clean bowel before you go after the bugs).

I was totally freaked that I could not do this cleanse diet, as the thought of drinking apple juice made me shake. So on my first cleanse (5 weeks bowel cleanse) I didn't drink any fruit juices...I only drank veggie juices and LOTS of spirulina and chlorella. I also drank my then protein shake Living Fuel.

When I did the liver cleanse I followed Dr. Schulze 's instructions and drank the juices. By then I knew I had my spirulina/chlorella to get me out of any shakey/dizzy stuff. That never happened!

Since you're drinking his SuperFood you are getting the spirulina/chlorella anyway. That is high protein and stabilizes the blood sugar.
I sailed through the cleanse as written and never had a problem. Schulze says he's put lots of diabetics thru these cleanses with no problems except he does have them water their fruit juices down more than others.

I still keep a jar of Nutrex Spirulina in my fridge, just in case. But I now start my days with fresh squeezed lemon juice, then 2 apples/2 beets juiced with superfood!

About 4 months ago, I posted the same post you are doing now.
I have no idea why this works, but it does!
