Bob is right. The IF#2 goes with the colon cleanse, which you're supposed to do before doing the liver cleanse. You may be ready to go already.

But, Bob, I did use IF#2 at the same time as the Liver Flush when doing the Incurables Program. Of course, IP is more for the walking dead-LOL! James, you don't need the IP.
