Liver flushes

Hi everyone!

I have done two Clark Liver Flushes so far to aid in my fight
with candida and I am doing a third tomorrow. About three weeks
later I was considering doing the Dr. S liver flush. Has anyone had
good results with his flush and is it worth a try or should I just stick
with The Clark Flush es? I have a week off so time constraints are not
an issue.
