Thanks for responding. Have you done a Clark liver
flush before? I had good results the last two times
so I'm hoping that tomorrow will be the same.

I guess I'll go ahead and do Dr. Schulze 's liver cleanse
as well. Should I be taking IF #1 with it? I've already done
IF #1 for two months and IF #2 once for a week, plus
I've had 7 colonics, so I believe my pipes are clear. I have
two good bowel movements per day.
