This information is very helpful. For some reason, I didn't receive the one tri-fold instructions and the 30 day detox book doesn't expound on the olive oil instructions. So thanks for this information. I thought that was the case with the oil, but I wanted to be sure.

I am putting my grocery list together this morning so I can go to Wild Oats tonight to be sure to get all the supplies I need. Then I should be able to get started on the liver cleanse tomorrow.

Thanks also on the tips during the 3 day fast. You have been a huge help!
