Thank you for the suggestions. I am taking Omega 3's already, but I may switch to the one you recommend so that I will be able to increase the dosage (the fishy taste makes me sick - yuck!). I also started taking Magnesium twice/day and increased my fiber intake. I will look into the Vit. C. So far, what has helped the most, surprisingly for me, is Xango/Mangosteen juice. My good friend sells it and swears by it, so she gave me a bottle to try. It's supposed to be have amazing anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties. I've been on it for only 5 days, and already the itching is better (not gone, but better), the inflammation is down, and in many places the rash seems to be trying to clear. I have to admit, I did not really expect any results, so I am pleasantly surprised. I'll post again with an update when I've been on it longer.
