Help! 4 months pregnant and miserable eczema...

Can anyone help me decide what to do? I am 17 weeks pregnant and have eczema covering about 85% of my body. I am not sleeping very well at all. I usually spend at least 1-2 hours awake at night because of the itching/burning. It is really taking a toll emotionally as I am embarassed to go out in public and I am soooo tired all the time. I also have fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue. To add to this, I have developed a significant intolerance to salicylates, and every time I try any product containing herbs or plant extract on my skin, or take anything herbal internally, my fibromyalgia symptoms go crazy within hours. I get horrible headaches and body aches.
I know that I am suffering from toxic overload symptoms, in part, I believe, due to mold issues in the house we are living in. We are trying to find a way to move ASAP. In the meantime, however, I have increasing allergies and it seems that I am progressing toward multiple chemical sensitivity/environmental illness. I know that I need to cleanse, but I am scared to do a bowel/kidney/liver cleanse program because I don't want to release toxins that could hurt the baby. I have been gradually increasing the amount of whole foods I eat, although I won't go completely whole food while I'm pregnant b/c I'm allergic to nuts and soy and want to be sure I get enough protein.
Can I safely do a bowel cleanse? Would, for example, an Oxypowder type of ozone cleanse be gentle enough? If I do the cleanse over a longer period of time, will that keep the toxins in my blood down? Should I do a liver/gall bladder cleanse first so that the liver can take more of the toxin load before it is released into my bloodstream? Is there any way to do this safely AND avoid using herbs? I know I'm asking alot of questions, but I'm starting to despair. I want to be healthy and I definitely want my baby to be healthy. I would appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Thank you!
