Carol, it is amazing the money you can make on ebay with a camera and some time. I just made $300 by selling on there this weekend, stuff I bought at Goodwill and garage sales. Look around the house, look in the attic, you'd be amazed at what people pay good money for on ebay. Especially antiques! Lots of stuff people has found in the attic has gone sky high...
One quick and easy way to see about what your item will sell for is search using the "completed listings" button, great little tool (that way you are not shooting around in the dark!). Ending the auctions on Sunday is your best day, Thursday is your second best. A picture is worth a thousand words, and most generally start the bidding out low to encourage bidding wars. Use a very discriptive description (something like "Hip TOMMY HILFIGER Jeans BOOTCUT sz10 Cute!" will draw much more hits than "Tommy hilfiger jeans", it is amazing how many people list an auction like that--great items too, but they hardly get any or no bids because it is so bland). If you'd like any tips or help or anything I'd be happy to try...I'm a fairly seasoned ebayer. :)
If you are in need of a juicer I have one I'll send to you. I bought a new Jack Lalanne juicer so I don't need this one. It's small and is hard to get the blade off, but works really good still.
