Re: Leg cramps 'n' magnesium deficiency?

Thanks, friends!

I do drink distilled water. You're right, John's gettign tired of lugging those huge bottles from the store every couple of days. There used to be a water store/mart here but they went out of biz. So did our health food store! I don't think a distiller would be an option for us yet since we do go through such a large volume with our family size. But there are some companies here with delivery service. That's going to be our next research project.

OK- Celtic Sea Salt , 1/2 tsp daily for minerals & electrolytes, with a gallon of water a day. Stretch legs, already doing hot baths and massage at night. Lobelia- got it- will experiment to find out how much. Molasses- what- a TBS in hot water as a substitute for honey or in oatmeal?? Grandma's unsulfered? Steen's? What brand?

I appreciate y'all so much!
-Donna
