Re: Leg cramps 'n' magnesium deficiency?

That's excellent advice Donna.
I drink about a gallon of home-
distilled water every day, and I
eat one-half teaspoonful of Celtic
Sea Salt. In addition to magnesium,
Celtic Sea Salt contains all 92 of
the minerals which human bodies
need. Mineral salts create electrolytes, the electrical currents that our cells use to
send messages to each other.
Commercial salt contains only two
minerals: sodium and chloride.

I buy my Celtic Sea Salt from The
Grain & Salt Society in North Carolina. It's a wonderful company
which is run by Selina Delangre,
the daughter of the man, a French
national, who wrote THE book about
Celtic Sea Salt . In the last year,
Selina had added lots of organic
goodies to her catalog. It's well
worth having. The web address is:
www.celtic- Seasalt .com
The order line is 1-800-867-7258.

And if you decide to drink distilled
water, which I highly recommend,
you should consider distilling your
own at home. It's much easier than
hauling in gallons of distilled
water from the supermarket, and in
the end, it's cheaper.

I've owned a Waterwise 9000 for five
years. It makes me about a gallon
of pure water every day. I wish
everything in this country worked as
well as my little distiller. I add
12 grains of raw brown rice (organic) to the finished water, and
then put it in the fridg in big
glass jars. The rice re-mineralizes
the water. But if you eat some
Celtic Sea Salt every day, you've
got the minerals covered. A third
option is to place the full glass
jars in the sunlight for several
hours.

My distiller wouldn't be big enough
for your family, Donna. But Waterwise sells several bigger models that would take care of you.
Their web address is:
www.waterwise.com
Their phone is 1-800-874-9028.
Doctor David Williams, among many
others, recomends Waterwise distilers. They're a friendly,
responsive company.

And here's one more book you should
put on your list: YOUR BODY'S MANY
CRIES FOR WATER, by Dr. F
Batmanghelidj, known affectionately
as Dr. Batman. He was born in India,
educated in London, and now lives in
the Carolinas. This book is one of
the half-dozen most important books
about health that I've ever read --
and I've read most of them. Trust
me on this one, Donna. Dr. Batman
will teach you volumes (pun intended) about the human body's
absolute need for lots and lots of
pure water. He also talks about
Celtic Sea Salt, and recommends
eating one-half teaspoonful each day. Dr. Batman is one of my heroes.

Enough for now. Enjoy the day, my
friend. Savor every moment.

Blessings,

Owen
