Re: Bob's diet plan

I had a kidney stone once. Thought I was dying. Only thing that comes close to it in pain is giving birth. I'd much rather have a baby! LOL I'd tell my fathers, "You ever pass a kidney stone?" If they answered in the affirmative, I'd say "You're wife is passing an 8 pounder right now." Their eyes would get so big, and they would suddenly be filled with such compassion. They were the best Dads! LOL

Y'all drink your water!

How do you, and anyone else, fit 2 workouts a day into your schedule? You've got housework, laundry, cooking, a full time job, most of us have children, and there's ministry commitments as well. How much sleep do you get?

How do you make rice or oat milk? Or almond milk for that matter?

You drink mate? What do you sweeten it with? My pastor was a missionary in Chile for 17 years. Mate is the big social drink down there. He said it gave him the shivers, but it wasn't too bad with Sugar in it. LOL

Thanks, Bob!
