I call the 800herbdoc line directly and order that way. I will tell you that when I was VERY sick with a cold and terrible cough, I ordered SuperTonic that took almost two weeks to arrive. Had I known it was going to take that long, I would have ordered it express two day delivery. I needed that stuff badly but by the time it got to me, it was too late. Did I mention they sent it FedEx?!?! I didn't know FedEx had a two week delivery policy. I called to complain and to find out where it was, but they didn't do much about it. And I am a very regular customer.

I am on the east coast and they ship from the west coast. I find that if I place an order on a Monday, I will have it by Thursday - Friday at the latest. However, if I order in the middle of the week, it takes about 10 or more days to arrive. I can't figure that one out.

Vent as much as you want....we are here to listen and help.
