I called their toll free number last week and was told that I should receive it this week. When I was told that, I assumed (incorrectly, I now see) that "this week" meant early in the week. If it's not here by Friday, I'm calling again. My credit card was billed for my order on the 17th, so I'm really quite peeved about this whole thing.
