Thanks for the information, I will pass it on to my daughter. She has a very good diet, in fact in her first trimester she could eat only fruits and vegetables, as that was all she could keep down. She takes pre natal vitamins and was taking (not sure if she still does) cayenne to get her blood pressure down. Her blood pressure has been very high for years, but it is finally coming down. She's not really into sprouts and herbs, but she has a very open mind to those things. I will copy and paste your post and will forward the information on to her.
