Take at least 2 weeks before next fast, is the recommendation. Exception: if stones are blocking and you feel them, then flush again ASAP. It doesn't sound like this exception applies to you, so please wait 2 weeks to give your liver time to recover and move stones up for flushing. This was hard work; congratulations!

Apple juice for a few days before the flush (Andreas says 6 days) will soften the stones. A few rice-sized tan stones is really a good start, I believe. They are starting to move!

Rustfox and Freya gave really good advice; I believe it. Hulda's cleanse is the standard; ES is needed. Also cleansing includes diet, bowel cleansing, kidney cleansing as well as parasite cleansing abd liver flush.
