Re: First Flush - Mixed Results

I am definitely no flushing expert, having completed my second flush this morning. I have been reading several CureZone Forums intensely over the past few months, but I can't recall anyone using your naturopath's protocol. It may be a good one, since there are many people who follow Dr. Clark's protocol and still DON'T results on their first or even second or third flush. But, there are many people who had great results with Dr. Clark's liver cleanse on the first try - I did, and I will keep doing it "her" way.
Dr. Clark is very clear about the fact that there are certain steps one must take before starting the Liver Flushes: do a bowels cleanse, a parasite cleanse, and a kidney cleanse first, in that order. It is important, because all these systems work together and the sudden release of toxins in your body with a Liver-Flush can be very taxing on them individually, and on your body as a whole.
Sometimes there are emergency situations, when one has no choice but to do the Liver-Flush right away, maybe several times, to get rid perhaps of very bad pain - once that is accomplished, one can go back to square one and do the other cleanses while continuing to flush. However, if you're doing it for better health, and can afford to wait to do it "the right way", the reward is immense. (I am a very impatient person, so I used this opportunity to learn some lessons on patience and perseverance - took 8 months to do it, but the reward was ELATION - priceless!!)
