Re: Clark's liver tea

Hello Anja,
I am not familiar with the Clark liver support tea, but it might be worth a try.
I have used a herbal combination by Omega Alphe, it consists of milk thistle , dandelion, burdock, polygonum multiflorum, artemisia capillaris, and a few more liver support herbs. I have used it at twice the recommended dosage, and I am definitely doing better with it than without it. Perhaps a 60 % improvement. Just not 100%....
Next, I am thinking of trying the Essaic tea, Flor Essence by Flora sounds like a very good combo. I remember now someone on this site saying that it really helped them...
While I am chgatting with you, Anja, in one of my posts below you suggested a link re: help with menopause, but the link does not work for me. Could you please post it again? Thanks.
