I went through 3 cans, can't say it did any good or harm. I had my big die-off in Dec '02 after taking handfuls of anti-fungals and sticking to the diet strict. Did the 3lac after that, so maybe it didn't have too much to work with.
Symptoms have improved since Dec '02, but not 100% yet. Probably my fault, as I'm not sticking to the diet 100%. Did the Garden of Life Fungal Defense, and now doing the Primal Defense. Still struggling with the vulvudynia and maybe I always will have it. :(
