Re: Shelleycat and Garcia ...please let me know what you think
Hiya Loiman! Don't know how I missed your message! :)
Should I continue with Candex, Colosan and Triphala after the second week??? Will it kill the probiotics?
Shouldn't be a problem. :) My only concern would be taking sooooooo many things at once. It helps to keep things SIMple. I'm not convinced that Candex works, or if it does, that it would only attack yeast, and man is it expensive!!! Those are just enzymes in it, why the high cost? Doesn't seem right. Colosan, keep seeing people posting and asking for testimonials and no one ever answers, so doubt it has a huge following.
- How much baking soda and how much Epson salts do I need to use for the baths? From what I understand the baking soda and how much Epson salts help to detox, but how? I have never taking one so I do not know how they work or what to expect?
You have to dry brush, take 40 mg niacin to open pores, then 20 minutes later bathe. The salts will draw out toxins because of ions. You need about 1 cup ES+ 1/2 to 1 cup baking soda. Ginger is also very good, use powdered or tea, and cayenne pepper if you can stand it. :) Wrap up and sweat for another hour before cooling off.
- Is goat milk OK to drink during the diet? What about kefir made with goat milk?
Neither. You can drink rice milk, that's it for milk.
- What is the recommended dosis for CoQ10/L-Carnitine?
60 mg is about ideal for general use, you can mega-dose for brain fog tho. :)
- What does Coptis do? Should I also take this?
Increases bile production. Very helpful.
- Is it true that yeast hates salt? Can I have soy sauce in my meals?
You need good
Sea Salt to manage PH better. Soy sauce is okay, some diets say no because it's preserved and all that.
- I have read mixed reviews about soy products. I love tofu with soy sauce. Is it OK to have during the diet.
Just don't overdo. :) Millions of Asians can't be totally wrong about soy, just don't overdo like total health nuts do. ;) Moderation is the key to success in diets.
- Is there anything that I can do/take to ease the brainfog?
Enemas and liver management worked best for me, as well as avoiding gluten. Problem is, all the things you're doing will cause all kinds of detoxing, which will in itself cause brain fog. So you're going to get worse before you get better. The digestive enzymes also help.
If you start feeling burning stomach or abdominal pain on the liver's side, slow down on the lemon juice. Switch between lemon and lime too, they each have different pluses and minuses. Try to only have one citris fruit a day, otherwise, liver and spleen stress.
