Hi,
just a couple of thoughts. First I think it's useful to have a book as a guide. Personally I've used Dr. Young's book "sick and tired?" But I'm sure there are other good books with similar information. Second, remember that this is a life change, and don't try to do it all at once. Make slow progressive changes. That way you have less of a tendency to say that it's all to hard and just give up on the whole thing. You have your whole life in front of you, changing your diet over the course of a few months and making the change permanent is worth the time. If there is anyway I can help to support you in this effort, feel free to email me at mslarsen@wisc.edu . Take care, Mike
