I went to this forum in late November because I was sleeping 14-16 hours a day. I had trouble studying because memory and attention span were shot. Also, my eyes were alwas fatigued and scratchy which added to my overall feeling of fatigue. At the time, I was studying for a tough exam and was a afraid I'd never pass. After I started taking them, I began to feel better within a week and now do not need naps, sleep more soundly at night, my eyes don't itch and my energy level is normal. This all happened without changing my diet. Now, I'm ready to change my diet and get even more healthy. I know even better health is achievable after my short journey back to the living. However, It seems daunting to change my diet and I need a little advice and getting started. It seems mainly like a lifestyle change rather than just a diet Any suggestions?
