Re: This forum changed my life
Glad to hear you're feeling better. I put below a link referred by "Garcia" on this forum. It's a great food list. There are books on how to cook with the right foods: The Yeast Connection Cookbook, the Body Ecology Diet (which addresses blood type and a few other things and had good recipes), among many others.
You'll want to permanently minimize (or maybe even remove completely) certain foods: Refined sugar, white flour products (seek out whole wheat products), white rice, any kind of "white" version of something that was at one time a whole grain ... well, find the 'whole grain' version.
I'm new to the liver/colon/organ cleanse & support stuff, but therein apparently lies the long-term solution to keeping the fungus in check. Go to those forums on curezone that address those issues, or right here in the
Candida Forum look for a message from Shelleycat and then click on the link that takes you to her other messages. She knows a lot! Also, Fashionista has good advice. Actually, a lot of good info from many different folks can be found here. Just look through the past messages and you'll find a gold mine.
Be well -- Deborah
