CAPRYLIC ACID OR UNDECYLENIC ACID are great Candida killers. You can get Cayprilic acid from any health food store. Undecylenic acid is more effective, and available from some sources on the internet. Start now. Get this stuff whacked back. There are protocols to follow, and I would include a daily dose of Biotin, which blocks Candida proliferation. But job one is to start killing it off, and quit feeding it. That means no Birth Control pills, or other hormones which feed Candida. I would substitute Evening Primrose oil or Borage Seed oil for Flax Seed oil, which is a Goitragen that blocks Iodine uptake to the Thyroid. God bless you! Tweet
