I have the common symptoms of clouded thinking, loss of reality, dizziness, fatigue, bad reaction to carbs and sugar, depression, anxiety, rashes.... but I don't have any abdominal pain or other pains, other than joint and muscle soreness. I'm taking suplements for adrenal fatigue and multivitamins. What should I not be taking other than the Antibiotics and vitamins with yeast in them? I'm not sure how to identify if I should take one supplement over the other. Also, I'm starting opc-3, but it has a litte Sugar in it. Is this bad? One more question...

What does recovering fully mean.
I'm deathly afraid of living with this problem. I used to be a marathon runner and mountain bike racer. Will I ever be able to return to these sports??
Please help, I want to recover from this. I've recovered from 3 years of anorexia and manic depression, but this scares me the most because I don't know if I will ever get better.
