Hi....

theres loads of cool baths on that forum....

The Bentonite bath that I took was 1lb. of cry Bentonite clay.. I mixed it up to be a sticky paste and the plastered myself in it head to toe.. and I emptied the rest into the bath with my, and soaked, keep all the clay wet for 30min....

I rised it off and let the clay settle to the bottom of the tub 3 hours or so.... then I scooped out the water and scraped out the clay.....

The bath was a success... and I am going to do a pascalite clay bath soon.....
