For skin-I toss the jar in the shower/bath with me, so that by the time I'm done its melted, and I can easily apply it to my skin. I'm not sure if that daily melting and hardening process changes it, though.

Yes, its very oily!

I have the opposite problem, I think of it as a skin product so I feel a little weird about eating it!
But I'll give it a try on my veggies.
