Interesting! I wonder how they do that. I found pasta made from Brown Rice at my health food store and had no trouble wtih that! So if in doubt try looking for that. It's great stuff and makes meal planning SO much easier. :) Can't beat veggies and pasta, olive oil, garlic and basil after all. :) YUM.
The only argument against wheat pasta left without the gluten is that it is still probably a very refined wheat flour. That kidn of pasta acts like a simple Sugar inside the body.
