Hi,

If you do not have this problem of shooting during Oral, then is likely not a health dysfunctional. That means you have the POSSIBILITY to ROCK for at least half an hour!

I used to have this problem too, I shoot within the first 30 sec. Now I go on doing it for at least half and hour or so with my partner. =D

I kinda realise it is a matter of mental states. Just to share my mental states.
For Pre-mature ejaculation:
- I was tense, nervous, anxious I would shoot.
- My mind is filled with intense desire to penetrate.
- I picture the warm, intense feeling of intercourse.

For Now.
- I feel calm and in the state of being.
- My focus is in LOVING her.
- I am not worried about her not enjoying the actions, instead I focus on giving her love and warmth rather than sex.

Man, the results is totally cool!

I read some books on Neuro Linguistic Programming about helping oneself to shift the mental states. This whole exercise should take 7-10 mins to complete.

You might wanna try.
1. Picture yourself in the most loving situation your ever been (not lust!). Make the picture bigger, up the volume. Feel the feeling you had then. Imagine the love you felt. Intensify the feeling of love. For best effect repeat this 3-5 times before moving on to the next step.
Other positive feelings like fun/care/joy/confidence etc might work too. I like the confidence one! It rocks! If you are doing it right, your breathing/ body posture would probably change in the process.

2. Imagine yourself doing it (realistically). Picture all the details from your perspective, the images you see, the sounds you hear, the touch, the feelings, the warmth, the movements, etc. As you feel the high, picture yourself moving out of your body to view it from third party view. Make the images smaller, lower the volume, lower the heat, make the touch feels remote. Notice how you feel.

3. This is the most important step!
Picture the two images side by side. Now do the same step in #1 and #2 simultaneously. This whole exercise should take 7-10 mins to complete.

Do this mental exercise before your meet your partner/ going to do it with her. During sex, if you feel too high, stop and take a couple of seconds to do this exercise (You will get better at picturing it after a few times.) Time needed to do the exercise will shorten. Share with us when you make significant improvement! ;D
