Well, I know how you feel.

I have been a sufferer for many years now. And, much like yourself, I have tried pretty much everything that is out there.

I even tried the ones that are plastered all over the internet such as that terrible indian god lotion, or the chinese brush. Both were an absolute waste of money.

I've tried hypnosis but that didnt work either.

Anyway, I found this new product, made by some guy called Doctor O in Thailand. It is by far the best treatment for premature ejaculation that I have found.

It works on a cooling process, as opposed to just numbing and desensitizing the penis, quite a nice sensation actually!

Anyway, i think this stuff is great. I am not sure if it will work for everyone, but I cannot fault the product. Its pretty new apparently, so maybe watch this space, as I suspect it will do very well.
