Still no sex with gf at 22!

I've been together with my gf for about 1 year now and we haven't had sex yet! I tried to repect her decision at first but now I'm slowly getting nervous cuz she still doesn't want to...and she's 22...
She says that she's afraid that it will hurt, she's afraid of not being a virgin anymore, she's afraid of getting pregant cuz she refuses to take the pill, however I'd put on 2 condoms if necessary...

Any ideas on how to 'convince' her that there's nothing bad about it...
I don't wanna dupe her exactely though!!
