There is also a "film". It’s a biodegradable piece of something of other that is much like the diaphragm, only you don't have to take it out and it already incorporates spermicidal liquid. The reason you don't have to take it out is that it slowly dissolves.
Put it in right before the start of a date or preferably 15 minutes before having sex, and forget about it.
:O) If something happens, you are covered, if not... oh well.
