Re: Lemon juice = heartburn. Is it necessary to take with Olive Oil?

This is what I would do...

Take the lemon juice in warm water(a couple tablespoons), not straight up. You can also take the olive oil by it's self and take the lemon/water mixture at a later date. Don't take any heartburn medication, it defeats the purpose of going the natural route. There are natural heartburn remedies at your local health food store.

This is the routine I would follow:

Upon waking (morning) Take Warm water and lemon juice..this helps get things moving.

Then, an hour or two later take a Tablespoon or two of coldpressed extra virgin olive oil. (Do this twice daily)

Before bed, take some more lemon juice in warm water. Also at this time you could take some Epsom Salts ..however I would only do this if absolutely necessary.

Taking the Lemon juice in warm water will help cut out the heartburn.

Tylenol #3 causes constipation.

Blessings! :o)
