yes
you need to be very careful in saunas and hot tubs..
don't over do .. and rinse off with cold water..
also best to keep some coldwater near by if need with a cloth/if get dizzy .. immedietelty apply to back of neck etc.
i would highly suggest you do some searches also on low blood pressure thru our curezone search in top righthand corner
there are many things you can do to help
be esp careful after leaving a sauna before you finish with cold water(shower or swim )
and always rise up slowly/ walk slowly esp around slippery tiled areas.. we don't wanna see you fall *(
if get dizzy have someone rub you with cold water and get you to a cool place (shaded etc. and keep head lower than legs..
whether that be lying or sitting with head between legs
breath slowly with cool clothe on back of neck and also cool water on feet helps tremendously.
