It is slow going. . .
It has been slow going. . . .I don't mean in the bathroom, but the entire process - but now I know that is o.k., I am fine with it - so used to quick fixes with medicine! I had three days of feeling not too bad, then got all run down again - hense more sleep. . . .oh well.
I have added
Black-Walnut and garlic and additional CQ10 - and that really helped! I have done the brushing once - jsut got a rough easy to handle brush (natural fibers) at the store - so still do have to read more about procedure!
I am taking the psyllium in capsule form - 6 per day in the a.m. with one (mild) drink with the P powder in it - and maybe one at night - taking the liquid
Bentonite every other day. The smooth move tea jsut does not seem to have much of an effect - but you are right about it starting cramps!
I am having BM - two per day - still one lose, the second lots with large walnut shaped hard stool - comes out quickly though (too much info?) - and thanks for the info that the "ropes" have to hydrate more. . .that is encouraging, - all this additional water has to be going some place! I am not so bloated, and am NOT gaining weight - so that is a bonus!
